Mission Statement

The mission of Concierge Services is to promote a satisfying and sustaining lifestyle by providing our clients with the support they need to remain in their own homes. We utilize an inclusive approach to addressing our clients' needs by providing them with a full array of services.


Concierge Services is a division of IHC International, a U.S. based innovative healthcare staffing agency and medical registry with its office in Norwalk, Connecticut. Concierge Services has been providing an array of homecare services to Fairfield County residents since 2008/ Concierge Services is the brainchild of a former Director of Nursing and a hospitality professional, who recognized and understood the broad range of needs of today's seniors and their multitasking caregivers.


Our management staff consists of the founding partners Shauna Rose Larmond and Lelieth L. Gordon. Mrs. Larmond directs all clinical matters and staffing. She is an attorney and former Director of Nursing, with over 20 years experience addressing the needs of seniors at all levels of health. Mrs. Gordon is the administrator and marketing strategist. She is an attorney with 22 years experience practicing in Fairfield County, and a background in marketing and sales. To meet the needs of our clients, Concierge Services has a catalog of medical professionals that are highly educated, skilled and experiences in a variety of clinical areas, who live in the communities they each serve.
